Continental Food


Pine apple up side down pudding

Ingredients:-
Flour                                               -  1 full cup
Butter (Ghee)                                   - 4 table spoon
Condensed milk                               -  ½ tin     
Soda-bi-carbonate                            -  1/3  level tea spoon
Pine-apple                                        -  3 full
Finely cut pine-apple                         -  ½ pieces
Pine-apple essence and 2 drop          -  ¼ tea spoon full
Yellow colour   
Milk                                                 -  ¼ to ¾ cup
Baking powder                                 -  ¼ tea spoon
Cherries                                           -  3
Brown sugar                                    -  4 tea spoon

Procedure:-
Pre heat microwave to 180 degree
Bear half melted butter, Condensed milk, Yellow colour, Pine-apple essence, milk with edd beater for 1 to 2 min.
Mix in it, shifted and heated filour, baking powder, Soda-bi-carbonate till there are no lumps.
Cut ½ pine-apple pieces, dust it with flour and mix it into the cake mixture.
Now melt the remaining butter in the heat shape mould.
Arrange pine-apple slices with cherries the sprinkle brown sugar around the pine-apple piece spread coarsely ground cashewnuts.
Pour the cake mixture over it and bake it in 180 degree till wooden pick out smoothly.  


Nut bread

Ingredients:-
Walnut                                             -  1 cup
Flour                                               - 2 ½ cup
Eggs                                                -  2
Milk                                                 - 1 cup
Sugar                                               - ½ cup
Baking powder                                 -  2 tea spoon
Water                                               - 4 cups
Pinch of Salt                                           

Procedure:-
Beat egg and sugar nicely. Mix milk, flour and baking powder to the egg mixture and make a thick solution. Then take a greased container and pour the mixture. The put in microwave 180 degree for 40 to 50 min.  

Bread & Butter Pudding

Ingredients:-
milk                                     -  5.5 litres milk
Eggs beaten                         -  2
Bread & butter                     -  4 slices
Sugar                                   -  1 ½  table spoon
Nutmeg grated                      -  5.5 gms…aurrent

Procedure:-
Cut the bread into neat fingers and lay half in a pie dish. Sprinkle with half sugar and current. Lay in the rest of bread on top and add the rest of the sugar and currents.
Combine the milk and eggs and pour over the bread, allow to stand ½ hour, Sprinkle with nutmeg.
In microwave bake at 200 degree for 1 hour.
